This Privacy Policy describes how Kimberly Contreraz, d/b/a Kimberly C Coaching ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a sole proprietorship organized under the laws of the State of Michigan, collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the website located at [insert website URL] (the "Site"). This Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site ("User" or "you").

1.1 Information Provided by the User

The Company collects personal information that Users voluntarily submit through the Site, including but not limited to name and email address, when a User subscribes to a mailing list, requests a downloadable resource, or submits an inquiry through a contact form. Such information is collected and processed through Flodesk, a third-party email marketing platform.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

The Site is hosted on the Squarespace platform, which automatically collects certain technical and usage information upon each visit to the Site, including but not limited to Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, device type, approximate geographic location, pages visited, and referring URLs. This information is collected through Squarespace's native analytics functionality.

1.3 Information Not Collected

As of the Effective Date, the Company does not employ advertising or retargeting technologies, including but not limited to the Meta/Facebook Pixel or Pinterest Tag, on the Site. Should the Company implement such technologies in the future, this Policy will be amended accordingly prior to their deployment.

2. USE OF INFORMATION

The Company uses collected information for the following purposes:

(a) to deliver requested resources, downloads, or materials;

(b) to transmit email communications, including newsletters and promotional content, subject to the User's right to unsubscribe at any time;

(c) to respond to inquiries submitted by Users;

(d) to analyze aggregated Site usage for purposes of improving Site content and functionality.

The Company does not sell, rent, or trade Users' personal information to third parties for independent marketing purposes.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

The Site utilizes the following third-party service providers, each of which maintains its own privacy policy governing the information it processes:

No third-party service providers beyond those listed above are currently utilized in connection with the Site.

The Site employs cookies automatically through the Squarespace hosting platform for purposes of Site functionality and analytics, as described in Section 1.2. The Company does not currently deploy additional third-party advertising cookies. 5. DATA RETENTION

Information collected via opt-in forms is retained for as long as the User remains subscribed, or until the User requests deletion. Upon unsubscribing, Flodesk retains a record sufficient to effectuate the unsubscribe request, and no further marketing communications will be transmitted to the User.

6. USER RIGHTS

Subject to applicable law, Users have the right to:

(a) unsubscribe from email communications at any time via the link provided in each communication;

(b) request confirmation of what personal information the Company holds regarding the User;

(c) request deletion of personal information held by the Company;

(d) request correction of inaccurate personal information.

Users located in the European Union, United Kingdom, California, or other jurisdictions with applicable data protection statutes may possess additional rights under such statutes, including but not limited to rights of data portability and objection to processing. Requests to exercise any rights under this Section should be directed to the contact information in Section 10.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 13 (or 16, where applicable under local law). The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Upon becoming aware that personal information has been collected from a child, the Company will delete such information.

The Company implements reasonable measures to protect information collected through the Site, relying in part on the security practices of its third-party service providers identified in Section 3. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by the Site.
