Meet Kimberly

In 2025, something in me finally lined up — and it wasn’t for lack of trying before then.

I’d attempted a Salesforce certification exam multiple times over the three years before that — studying hard, using the same dense materials each time, and still not able to absorb enough of it to pass. Then, in 2025, something shifted. Not the material — it was exactly as heavy as it had always been. Something in how I was able to meet it. I finally listened to what I’d been putting off listening to, found a real plan, and did the hard work of actually studying it. The studying was still hard. It just didn’t feel like forcing anymore, because I wasn’t spending half my energy arguing with myself about whether I could do this.

That’s the thread this whole framework is built from: notice what you’re actually being pulled toward, trust it even when it doesn’t make sense on paper, then do the real work that follows.

I still have a full-time job — I’m a business analyst, heads-down in process documentation most days. I’m building this in the hours I actually have, which is exactly why I believe in self-paced tools over scheduled sessions. If that’s what I need, I’m guessing you might too.

I used to think the way through was to fight the parts of myself that felt scared or stuck. What I’ve learned instead: those parts got you here. They’re not obstacles to defeat — they respond a lot better to being understood than being fought. That’s what Unlearn, Relearn, Return actually is — not a finished philosophy, but a working relationship with myself I’m still building, in real time.
